A lot of pain comes from living in the past or living in the future. Mindfulness will help you learn to connect and live in the present moment, which can reduce a lot of distress.
Rather than focusing on what's wrong, we'll use positive psychology to figure out what's going well for you right now. Then, we'll figure out how we can increase this. Positive psychology focus on the good instead of the bad.
