Sometimes sadness and depression have a specific cause, and sometimes they come out of the blue, leaving you questioning what happened and why you feel like this. We lose a person we love, get into an accident that shifts how we live and sometimes, we start re-visting trauma that happened many years ago. I won't be the first (or the last!) to say that love and relationships are hard! Sometimes we need to look inwards and work on our own triggers and experiences in order to succeed in a relationship. Other times, we may struggle with communication and openly expressing our needs with our partner.  Other times, we can't even find the love we're looking for!
